By the time Sprunki - Sprunkfection Apocalypse Now! begins, civilization has already collapsed. Characters on the stage represent survivors or infected musicians repeating haunting sounds like signals from a fading world. One character, often known as Gray, is believed to be the last sane survivor, documenting the apocalypse through rhythm.
